Tasting: Sameer and Dawson Swing by

It was a great to see Dawson from COAG the other day.  Dawson and Sameer popped in during a tasting of a new micro lot from Brazil.  What you see in the photo is a basic color test.  Each cup represents a gradual progression in bean color, we select the best tasting color and then continue the experiment until we find the optimal roast.
