Sameer's Liquid Nitrogen Drink at 2010 Canadian Eastern Regional Barista Championships

In our first attempt at the Barista Championship, we placed a not to shabby 2nd place thanks to Sammer's wicked performance.    I would like to thank all of our clients for their continued support and special thanks to Light Bob, who helped us out at the event, you are a real champion.  Also a special thanks to COAG grinding and brewing Fazenda Poteira Da Onca, Fazenda Sto Antonio, and Chef Daniele at Hockley Valley Resort.  The national championships are just 2 months away and i only have one thing on my mind "east coast domination"   The fire has been lit.
